Paul Stricker, M.D.

Paul Stricker is one of just over a hundred doctors in the U.S. board-certified in both pediatrics and sports medicine. He is a charter member and past-president of the American Medical Society Council on Sports Medicine, a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics section on Sports Medicine and Fitness, a member of the editorial advisory board of Healthy Children magazine, and a reviewer of manuscripts for the journal Pediatrics. He was selected to serve as team physician for the U.S. Olympic Team and for U.S. national teams in swimming, soccer, gymnastics, and basketball. Dr. Stricker is the author of Sports Success Rx, published in conjunction with the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is currently in private practice at Scripps Clinic in San Diego.
