Samantha Gash
"At 99 pounds and under five feet tall, I was carrying more than a quarter of my body weight in a backpack, while running more than a marathon a day for five days."
Samantha Gash has been Living Life to the Plus+ from an early age. Last December, the 26-year-old Australian became both the youngest person ever to complete the 4 Deserts Series and the first women to complete the 4 Deserts "Grand Slam," finishing all four of the gruelling 155-mile endurance races in a single year. She is also working on a double degree in Law and Performing Arts at Monash University, and is the founder of a non-profit organization aimed at establishing positive connections between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians.
